Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders within Ireland.

1. Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
• During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Ireland)

We currently ship to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland using An Post or reputable courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (if applicable)
• Certain remote or inaccessible areas (if applicable)

If an address cannot be serviced, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with the following and send to soapscullery@gmail.com

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and items

We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your postage address includes an eircode at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Re-delivery fees will apply, but at the normal rate of €6.00
